As a part of the report and virtual leadership meeting that follows the report, Fresh Eyes will offer an action plan using the S.W.O.T. format
Our goal is to have a balanced approach in our report. We want to reference some strengths we see in order to recognize the hard work the leadership has put in to retain first time guests.
In pointing out weaknesses we discover in our visit, we will share our findings without judgement but with the desire to be the best help possible in retaining guests.
Derived from the weaknesses and strengths, we will work with the leadership to discover new opportunities to increase the retention of first time guests.
When change is implemented, threats to the changes need to be identified when possible. We will discuss possible threats to the action plan and help the leadership prepare to handle them with grace.
